We are looking now for PDM Master Expert. PDM Master Data Expert position is critical to support pan HPE Material Master global control tower. One of the major responsibility is to support order fallout resolution by collaborating with various functions like Sales Ops, Order Mgmt & Care and Supply Chain. Partners with R&D and New Product Introduction (NPI) Supply Chain groups to successfully introduce new products into world-wide production. Product Engineers interface with R&D, factory process engineering, Test Engineering and reliability engineering to solve product quality or yield problems.

How you’ll make your mark:

- You will understand the customer order flows within various systems and ensure timely fall-out resolutions are provided and also enable accurate order processing.
- You will analyse the failure trend and coming up with root cause analysis and prevention action plans.
- You will identify the opportunities to bring in efficiencies and get the solutions built in a proactive manner.
- You will enable accurate NPI setup and quick NPI ramp
- You will represent PDM/MDM function in Master Data council / forums and drive the policies, standards, governance structure etc.
- You will provide domain-specific expertise and overall product engineering leadership and perspective to cross-organisation projects, programs, and activities.
- You will drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing engineering organisation.
- You will lead project teams of other product engineers and internal and outsourced development and manufacturing partners responsible for all stages from new product introduction through end of life-cycle for multiple products.

About you:

- You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- You have 10-12 years experience.
- You have strong Material Master and Order Management skills.
- You have strong product structuring and engineering change management knowledge.
- You have requires expertise for order fallout, triage and facilitate resolution
- You have extensive experience with using engineering tools and software packages to test, design, and evaluate products and manufacturing processes.
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- You have ability to effectively communicate with various business functions in understanding the end-2-end order flow and investigating the root cause of the failure and providing corrective and preventive actions.
