Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Contract Manager Defense & Space Aftermarket, EMEAI to be located in Bratislava. You will be working within the Defense & Space Contracts department supporting customers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
* Provides overall contractual support (review, drafting, negotiation, flow-down and interpretation of T&Cs and other contractual documents) to assigned airline aftermarket accounts
* Reviews complex terms and conditions, developing alternative language, performing risk analysis/mitigation, and providing recommendations in accordance with Aerospace and Law & Contracts policies and procedures
* Identifies barriers and mitigates risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes in draft documents
* Maximizes profit and cash flow while minimizing risk in the negotiation of contracts
* Advises internal clients (Sales, Program Managers, Engineering, Finance) with regard to legal and contractual requirements
* Understands contract uploads into ARIBA and coordinates contract changes and its implementations in the systems
