Based on our dynamic growth and key Client contract wins, Hays has current requirements for a Sourcing Partner with Slovak and English, who will provide on-site staffing activities for a key Fortune 100 company through a European RPO account. The role is based at client’s premises in Slovakia.

Your new role
Working in the position of Sourcing Partner you will assume responsibility for the entire sourcing process. Your role will be to work closely with Recruitment Partners/Hiring Managers to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements, devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies and effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. This will include conducting telephone interviews and short-listing appropriate candidates whilst ensuring that the recruitment SLA’s are met. One important aspect of the role is represented by the broad involvement in developing creative sourcing strategies and support in their implementation.
