- email (exceptionally verbal) communication with vendors relating to VAT topics
- requesting/confirming VAT numbers from EU vendors in excel format
- working in SAP (data downloads)
- harmonizing received VAT data in predefined templates and sharing with other departments
- other master data update
Your skills
- advanced knowledge of MS Excel - formatting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenate
- working proficiency in English - minimum B2 (verbal communication on calls)
- orientation on detail
- position suitable for university student
