Your role

email (exceptionally verbal) communication with vendors relating to VAT topics
requesting/confirming VAT numbers from EU vendors in excel format
working in SAP (data downloads)
harmonizing received VAT data in predefined templates and sharing with other departments
other master data update

Your skills

advanced knowledge of MS Excel - formatting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenate
working proficiency in English - minimum B2 (verbal communication on calls)
orientation on detail
position suitable for university student
