• Preparation and analysis of periodic data results for Sales and Marketing departments
• Responsibility for the independent maintenance of your own reporting portfolio
• Advanced on-demand data analysis activities in the area of Marketing & Sales
• Transformation of obsolete reports via the new available technologies
• Engaged in achieving Customer’s satisfaction
• Administrative support

Your skills
• English language on a fluent level (French language welcomed)
• University or College Degree
• Proficient knowledge of Excel - Pivot tables, VBA - advantage
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Analytical thinking
• Previous experience in business administration area is an advantage
• Communication and interpersonal skills – customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels
