Your role

  • Support and administration of the bidding events for Indirect Materials and services
  • Preparation and setting up electronic tenders & auctions within Henkel eSourcing tool
  • Support and training on eTool for Suppliers
  • Coordination with Suppliers to collect bid relevant documents
  • Contract Management support

Your skills

  • University education preferably in a related field to purchasing/management
  • Fluent English is required and any other language is very welcome
  • Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
  • You must be a driven individual
