Your role

Are you good at Excel and do you find Supply chain & Logistics area interesting? The Part time Planning support Specialist will be responsible for supporting of Replenishment planners with preparation of reports, analyses & documentation to enable smooth planning. For better imagination: Role of replenishment planner is to ensure the best balance between planning processes, distribution capabilities and customer needs enabling agile response in changing requirements as well as ensuring proper managing of the product lifecycle.

  • Preparation of regular reports necessary for planning activities e.g. prepare analysis of obsoletes, slow moving, excess stocks including their identification.
  • Working with big data, PowerBI tool & SAP in international environment
  • Support of Export & Logistics processes
  • Project support during implementation of new processes, ad hoc analysis and reporting activities
  • Contributing to process improvements and process harmonization

Your skills

  • Suitable for students of University degree in Economics, Finance, Supply chain or Logistics
  • Previous part time experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/OTC area or in business centre is an advantage
  • Fluent in English language
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Experience with SAP & Outlook is an advantage
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Team player with professional attitude
