In this position, your main responsibilities will be:
- Reporting and analyses of financial performance of the company with focus on P&L Actuals and Forecasts
- Coordination of standardized and harmonized management reporting across region and sub-business units
- Collaboration with Regional Finance & Business Controlling team in the headquarter
- Development of reporting & analytical tools to support the decision making process
- Proposition and implementation of methods to improve the controlling processes
- Actively use and develop skills of self-service solutions (PowerBI, ..)
- Drive Continuous improvement initiatives and obtain widely recognized certifications (Lean Six Sigma)
Your skills
- Background and experience in Finance / Controlling
- Active level of English (written & spoken)
- MS Excel on an advanced level, Power BI is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, interest in reporting and automation
- Flexible, proactive and motivated person, willing to learn
