- Support and administration of the bidding (eSourcing) events for Logistics Services purchasing categories (Sea & Air)
- Preparation and setting up electronic tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ) & auctions within Henkel eSourcing tool
- Participation on Global/Regional projects in Sea & Air category
- Support and training on eTool for Henkel Purchasers and Suppliers
- Coordination with Suppliers to collect bid relevant documents, reports
- Maintenance of Sea & Air rate cards
- Analysis of eSourcing-events and revise the results for purchasing/category-teams
- Regular reporting for partners, categories & corporate purchasing organization in our headquarter
Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to purchasing/management
- Fluent English is required and any other language is very welcome
- Previous purchasing/supply chain/logistics services is an advantage
- Previous administration/eSourcing experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
- Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required, SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills/Analytic skills and a high customer orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Interest to constantly improve processes
