Your role

  • Customer Portal User administration, updating Henkel contacts and certificates using online portals of Henkel’s external suppliers
  • Being point of contact for Henkel users, assisting with access issues related to the supplier portals and applications on the supplier portal
  • Act as a primary contact for Global Customer Requirements (GCR) database and Customer Satisfaction (CS) database
  • Maintenance of Customer Compliant Management System (CCMS) in cooperation with IT department (testing and tool upgrades)
  • Responsible for regular Customer Compliant reporting to regional and global Customer Quality Heads, direct communication with regional Adhesive Customer Quality Teams

Your skills

  • Master Degree in the field of Natural Science is required
  • Active knowledge of English language
  • Previous experience with portal administration or reporting is welcome
  • Structured working approach, concentration on detail
  • ​Communicative, open-minded personality, teamplayer
  • Analytical thinking and desire to work with data
  • PC knowledge (MS Office - Excel)
