• Supporting Sales colleagues in the usage of CRM Tools and queries based on email and phone communication
• Maintaining client specific data and sales project data for Henkel’s CRM tool while ensuring data correctness, integrity and accuracy
• Daily communication and problem solving with Sales partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa
• Close cooperation with the global CRM project team

Your skills
• Work experience in service desk support, sales assistance or customer support job
• Advanced level of English language is required
• Intermediate level of MS Office is required
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team including virtual team
