• Tracking and reporting of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Newsletters and A&B tests
• UX and UI testing of potential bugs on website and further touchpoints
• Weekly social media sentiment analysis & monthly performance analysis of organic posts - using our social media management tool
• Website and content performance tracking – using Google Analytics, Google Search Console & Searchmetrics
• Administration tasks - invoicing and purchase order creation, product order creation & coordination, budget management
• Implementation of content
• Reporting & analysis
• E-commerce tool (Profitero) management
• Tracking of reviews and ratings and coordination with customer service

• Degree level education – Digital Marketing / E-commerce, Business Administration
• Great spoken & written German & English
• Well experienced in project management / coordination
• Proactive working style - ability to steer and independently drive processes
• Analytical skills & knowledge of basic digital KPIs
• Experience with social media management
• Very good Excel knowledge
• Motivation to learn new digital tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Nice to have: basics of invoice and accounting management
• Great spoken & written German & English
• Well experienced in project management / coordination
• Proactive working style - ability to steer and independently drive processes
• Analytical skills & knowledge of basic digital KPIs
• Experience with social media management
