Your role
- Leading and supporting technical set up of Ariba buying portal based on countries specifics
- Supporting new Ariba Supplier enablement process by testing, reporting current status of identified issues, communicate with Project team and IT team
- Guiding, consulting and training the Purchasing community
- Communicate externally (with suppliers directly) and internally in customer-oriented manner with countries in case of errors, missing data or problems
- Ensure that all process steps are performed in line with the Service Level Agreement
- Proposing/Work on improvements of the user experience, focused on the content available on the Ariba buying portal and Proweb tool solution
Your skills
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
- Ariba tool and/or Supplier enablement process experience highly appreciated
- Fluent in English language, additional language knowledge will be an advantage
- Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Interest to constantly improve processes
