Logistic Coordinator is responsible for all international customer orders from order placement to completion with acting as the liaison with all parties (Customer, Warehouse & Transport Provider, Authorities) to ensure a smooth and complete transaction until Invoice creation and posting.
- Coordination of logistics processes
- Monitoring of orders & ensuring on-time and complete delivery
- Coordination of orders with warehouse and transport providers and if needed authorities
- Coordinate exception & claim handling
- Project support during implementation of new processes, ad hoc analysis and reporting activities
- Contributing to process improvements, process migration and harmonization
Your skills
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Supply chain or Logistics is welcome
- Previous experience in Logistics, Supply chain or in business center is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Slovak language
- German language knowledge is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Experience with SAP & Outlook is an advantage
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Availability for 30 - 35 hours/week
