Vaša úloha

To be responsible for end to end management of the project, including understanding and validation of the project requirements.
Organizing and motivating the project team, identification and delivery of solutions
The position calls for a professional with decent experience in project management who can lead a change, drive commitments to keep timelines and is able to communicate to all levels in the business.
Key Tasks include Project coordination, Managing Proof of Delivery process from End-to-End perspective, Cooperation with the Indirect Tax team in Henkel headquarter, Customer Service, IT and other related departments, customers, freight forwarders in order to ensure a smooth process.
Identify gaps in the existing process and approach actively in solving them
Follow up changes in the process and/or legislation with respective business partners
Proof of Delivery Process is focuced on confirmation of deliveries from Germany to other EU coutries

Vaše zručnosti

University education Bachelor´s / Master´s degree ideally in Logistics / Economy / Technical studies or similar
Experience with leading projects is essential
Active level of English language
Experience in the area of transport planning, logistics, freight forwarding would be an advantage
Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is an advantage
Reliable, communicative, positive, quick learner with attention to detail, analytical thinking and good problem-solving ability
Motivated team player, willing to learn and continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of transport planning - Candidate with ability to make decisions independently
