Your role

  • Assisting projects with the initiation of the Delivery Fit process through identifying core areas, triggering setup and providing knowledge on the organisation and processes of Integrated Business Solutions (IBS)
  • Acting as the communication bridge between various stakeholders ensuring all are aligned and have the same understanding and expectations
  • Moderating escalations and raising early warning alerts when activities are seen at risk
  • Identifying opportunities to improve current processes, achieving buy-in from internal and external parties and drives recommendations to a conclusion
  • Providing timely, concise status communications, both written and oral (written reports and participation in regularly scheduled team meetings)
  • Working to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) embedded within the Delivery Fit process
  • Performing quality checks of adherence to the process and aims to trigger all activities on time

Your skills

  • Creating, following and adapting process documentation
  • Sticking to agreed procedures and Henkel´s compliance guidelines
  • Ensuring the service level agreements and KPIs are met and tracked
  • Escalating to Deputy Team Lead (DTL)/Team Lead (TL)/ Team Manager (TM) when escalation needed (in regards of work)
  • Supporting DTL/TL/TM in any ad-hoc or daily operational addressed tasks
  • Supporting the onboarding of the newcomers
