Your role

We are offering great opportunity to learn a lot about the processes in the international business environment in area of international trade.

Cooperation with the Foreign Trade Departments globally
The main responsibilities will be linked to international trade customs, preference and origin determination through the implementation of the relevant information from the supplier's declarations into SAP
Daily communication in English with a suppliers, customers and Henkel business partners about trade related topics in order to achieve the overall objectives linked to customs duty optimization
Handling the electronic export declarations, analysis and solving requests due to blocked orders, participation on new implementations to SAP GTS (Global Trade Services)

Your skills

University degree from economics/international trade
Fluent in English
Proactive approach and being a team player is a MUST
Attention to detail, customer-oriented approach and self-organized person
Open minded, thinking outside of the box and flexible personality
PC knowledge (MS Office)
Experience with SAP in an advantage
Analytical approach to work with data
