- Supporting Sales Teams and individual colleagues in the usage of CRM Tools and queries based on email and phone communication
- Maintaining client specific data, sales project data and sales colleague data for Henkel’s CRM Tool
- Ensuring integrity and accuracy of data
- Daily communication / cooperation with sales and customer service teams in Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Highly engaging and close work with Sales and CRM teams
- Flexibility for additional project related tasks
Your skills
- Work experience in service desk support, sales assistance or customer support job is an advantage
- Advanced level of English language is required
- Basic level of MS Office is required
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
