Your role

Assisting projects with the initiation of the Delivery Fit process through identifying core areas, triggering setup and providing knowledge on the organisation and processes of Integrated Business Solutions (IBS).
Acting as the communication bridge between various stakeholders ensuring all are aligned and have the same understanding and expectations.
Moderating escalations and raising early warning alerts when activities are seen at risk.
Identifying opportunities to improve current processes, achieving buy-in from internal and external parties and drives recommendations to a conclusion.
Providing timely, concise status communications, both written and oral (written reports and participation in regularly scheduled team meetings).
Working to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) embedded within the Delivery Fit process.
Performing quality checks of adherence to the process and aims to trigger all activities on time.
