Your role

Responsibility for trademark searches, routine trademark applications, monitoring, renewing and safeguarding data in the in-house database
Conducting clearance searches and monitoring trademarks in the online-tools, communicate with local trademark experts and trademark offices and enter data in the local in-house database
Receiving & Financial Control of incoming invoices for legal services
Communicate directly with the Henkel Trademark Department in Düsseldorf and cooperate with the dedicated in-house Trademark Teams

Your skills

Education in the respektive field would be an advantage
Experience in the field of Trademark administration desirable
English language on active level is a must; basic knowledge of German language is very welcome
PC knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet)
Detail-oriented person who is willing to work swiftly and has structured working approach
Communicative, flexible, open-minded personality
Self-reliant and outstanding team-player
