Your role

  • Responsibility for trademark searches, routine trademark applications, monitoring, renewing and safeguarding data in the in-house database
  • Conducting clearance searches and monitoring trademarks in the online-tools, communicate with local trademark experts and trademark offices and enter data in the local in-house database
  • Receiving & Financial Control of incoming invoices for legal services
  • Communicate directly with the Henkel Trademark Department in Düsseldorf and cooperate with the dedicated in-house Trademark Teams

Your skills

  • Education in the respektive field would be an advantage
  • Experience in the field of Trademark administration desirable
  • English language on active level is a must; basic knowledge of German language is very welcome
  • PC knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet)
  • Detail-oriented person who is willing to work swiftly and has structured working approach
  • Communicative, flexible, open-minded personality
  • Self-reliant and outstanding team-player
