Your role

Responsibility for coordination of whole E-commerce content development process (master content and local content)
Collecting briefings from marketing units and countries in a structured way
Collecting input for creative briefings & shooting briefings from marketing units and countries in a structured way
Full timeline management and responsibility
Upload of digital assets to SharePoint / DAM
Respond in a timely and professional manner to queries concerning the process
Assist in harmonization and other ad-hoc projects

Your skills

Degree level education – Digital Marketing/ E-commerce, Business Administration
Well experienced in project management / coordination (min. 3 years working experience)
E-commerce background / experience is a plus
Proactive working style / ability to steer and to drive processes
Excellent communication skills
Great spoken & written English
