ESourcing Specialist with English Language (m/f)

Your role
- Support and administration of the bidding events for different Indirect Materials and Services categories
- Preparation and setting up electronic tenders & auctions within Henkel eSourcing tool
- Support and training on eTool for Henkel Purchasers and Suppliers
- Coordination with Suppliers to collect bid relevant documents
- Analysis of eSourcing-events and revise the results for purchasing/category-teams
- Regular reporting for partners, categories & corporate purchasing organization in our headquarter
Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to purchasing/management
- Fluent English is required; any other language is very welcome
- Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
- Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required, SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and a high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Interest to constantly improve processes
