Your role
- Support and administration of the bidding events for different Indirect Materials and
- Preparation and setting up electronic tenders & auctions within Henkel eSourcing
- Support and training on eTool for Henkel Purchasers and Suppliers
- Coordination with Suppliers to collect bid relevant documents
- Analysis of eSourcing-events and revise the results for purchasing/category-teams
- Regular reporting for partners, categories & corporate purchasing organization in
Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to Purchasing/Management
- Fluent level of English and German language is required
- Previous experience gained in international environment is an advantage
- Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required, SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in an international team
- Interest in constant improvement of processes
