Your role
- Work in young dynamic professional team
- Active communication with the users & business partners via hotline or email
- User, process & system administration
- Tool performance monitoring and new system features testing
- Additional tasks upon request from process owners
- Improvement projects and process/tool consultancy
Your skills
- University degree or higher education with school leaving examination
- 1-2 years of previous working experience, ideally in the respective field
- Active English (intermediate to upper intermediate) is a must
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (intermediate/advanced excel knowledge is an advantage)
- Customer oriented approach with great communication skills
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Structured way of working with flexible approach
- IT background is not mandatory but can be an advantage
