Your role

Work in young dynamic professional team
Active communication with the users & business partners via hotline or email
User, process & system administration
Tool performance monitoring and new system features testing
Additional tasks upon request from process owners
Improvement projects and process/tool consultancy

Your skills

University degree or higher education with school leaving examination
1-2 years of previous working experience, ideally in the respective field
Active English (intermediate to upper intermediate) is a must
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (intermediate/advanced excel knowledge is an advantage)
Customer oriented approach with great communication skills
Accuracy & attention to detail
Structured way of working with flexible approach
IT background is not mandatory but can be an advantage
