Your role
- Support and administration of the bidding events for different purchasing categories
- Preparation and setting up electronic tenders & auctions within Henkel eSourcing tool
- Coordination with Suppliers to collect bid relevant documents
- Analysis of eSourcing-events and revise the results for purchasing/category-teams
- Regular reporting for partners, categories & corporate purchasing organization in our
Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to Purchasing/Management
- Fluent level of English language is required, Russian language would be an advantage
- Previous experience gained in international environment is an advantage
- Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required, SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in an international team
