- Responsible for most of all for creation of standard orders (payed orders), but also free of charge orders (mostly for some promotional products), internal orders (for marketing purposes), return orders (planned or unplanned returns) and other supporting processes
- Working with Henkel templates for order processing, or customer specific templates to insert the data and create orders in SAP
- Regarding daily schedule, there are certain deadlines during the day to be met
- Strong focus in morning hours and less tight agenda in the afternoon
- Responsible for specific country and sales area, however we are actively working on mutual back-up structure.
Your skills
- Student of the University - ideally in area of Economy or other respective field
- Active knowledge of English language
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently as well as within the team
- Attention to detail, sense of accountability and flexibility
- Communication and interpersonal skills
