Your role

  • Execute order processing activities (raising and tracking orders, order confirmation and price quote processing) based on requests from purchasing or non-purchasing colleagues in line with (compliance) guidelines/standards
  • Communicate externally and internally in customer oriented manner with countries in case of errors, missing data or problems
  • Assist by producing daily situation reports
  • Handle customer claims
  • Gain a lot of experience in the procurement field
  • Use of foreign languages on daily basis

Your skills

  • Fresh graduate or person with work experiences preferably in a related field to purchasing/management/business administration
  • Knowledge of ENGLISH on intermediate level (B2) and GERMAN language on a communicative level (B1-B2) is required
  • Previous administration experience gained in international environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, team player
