Your role
- Process non-automated purchase requirements for indirect materials (comparing offers, maintain and update of purchase orders, order confirmation processing)
- Communication with suppliers and colleagues from respective countries (German speaking) in case of issues, missing data or other open topics
- Handle customer requests
- Performs related job duties as required
- Opportunity to gain a lot of experience in the procurement field
Your skills
- University student, preferably in a related field to purchasing/management
- Knowledge of ENGLISH and GERMAN language on a communicative level is required (mainly e-mail communication)
- Previous administration experience gained in international environment is an advantage
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, team player
