- Execution of customers account management – especially the process connected to deductions and disputes
- Overview of customers accounts – credit and debit notes management
- Daily communication in German/English language with native speakers
- Pricing and logistic discrepancies investigation
- Reporting, invoicing, billing
- Supporting requests of customers, local partners and other departments
- Participating, proposing and contributing to process improvements
Vaše zručnosti
- Secondary education with focus on finance and/or at least 1 year relevant experience
- Active knowledge of German and at least an intermediate level of English language is required
- Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
- A self-starter who takes initiative, able to work in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to prioritize and energy, drive and determination to succeed
- Accuracy and attention to detail, willingness to work with numbers
