Vaša úloha

Execution of customer account management, especially the process connected to deductions and disputes
Overview of customer accounts – credit and debit notes management
Daily communication in English language with native speakers
Pricing and logistic discrepancies investigation
Reporting, invoicing, billing
Supporting requests of customers, local partners and other departments
Participating, proposing and contributing to process improvements

Vaše zručnosti

Secondary education with focus on finance and/or at least 1 year relevant experience is an advantage
Upper-intermediate level of English language is required
French language would be an advantage
Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
A self-starter who takes initiative, able to work in a dynamic work environment
Ability to prioritize, accuracy and willingness to work with numbers
