Your role
- Execution of the process connected to deductions and disputes management
- Daily communication in English language
- Pricing and logistic discrepancies investigation
- Managing of returns, rebates, commissions, credit and debit notes
- Reporting, invoicing, billing, processing of promotional invoices
- Supporting requests of customers, local partners and other departments
- Participating, proposing and contributing to process improvements and documentation enhancement
Your skills
- Secondary education with focus on finance and/or at least 1 year relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of ENGLISH language is required
- Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
- A self-starter who takes initiative, able to work in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to prioritize
- Energy, drive and determination to succeed
- Accuracy and attention to detail, willingness to work with numbers
