Your role
- Execution of the process connected with complaints and disputes management
- Daily communication in foreign language
- Pricing and logistic complaints investigation
- Managing of returns, rebates, commissions, credit and debit notes
- Reporting, invoicing, billing, processing of promotional invoices
- Supporting requests of customers, local partners and other departments
- Participating, proposing and contributing to process improvements and documentation enhancement
Your skills
- Intermediate knowledge of SPANISH language, at least intermediate level of ENGLISH language
- Portuguese language is an advantage
- Customer orientation, performance motivation
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Can work independently and also within the team
- Energy, drive and determination to succeed
- Accuracy and attention to detail
