Your role
- Monitoring and tracking of different documentation needed for subcontractors in order to ensure timely and qualitative production
- Creation, maintenance, tracking and update of electronic folders in Document Management System (DMS) for Henkel subcontractors
- Collection of data from different sources and their appropriate allocation depending on product groups
- Communication with other departments (Master data, Purchasing)
- Other supportive tasks connected with data tracking & process optimization
Your skills
- University or College education in a related field
- English language at intermediate level (verbal and written)
- Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint )
- SAP and 3rd party manufacture knowledge is and advantage
- Energy, drive and determination to succeed
- Self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Must be flexible, proactive and adaptable to changes
- Interest to constantly improve processes
- Team player able to work in international environment
