Source to Pay Specialist with Italian language (m/f)

Your role
- Process different types of suppliers invoices (freight, service, marketing, manual agent invoices)
- Process custom declarations (custom folder preparation, scanning, booking and clearing)
- Selfdeclarations handling (report on daily basis, control of received self declarations and unblocking of referring invoices)
- Communicate with suppliers and colleagues from local country (vendor call and mail handling)
- Compensation of open invoices with account receivable invoices
- Process down payments, approval of payments
- Reconciliation activities
- Ad hoc tasks
Your skills
- University degree in economic/accounting area or business academy education - position is suitable also for fresh graduates
- ITALIAN language - active level (verbal and written)
- ENGLISH language - at least intermediate level
- Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, team player
