Your role
- Expert for specific HR Reporting tools as a part of an international reporting team
- Responsible for the preparation of regular and standard HR reports, presentations and analyses for our employees, managers and HR Key Account Managers
- Creating of tailored reports and analyses, communication with employees, managers and approvers by generating of the reports
- Providing reports to extern subjects and offices
- Support and guidance for employees and managers in HR reporting Tools in different countries
- Controlling of the HR Reporting data, Upload Check and data correction support
Your skills
- Advanced level in German and English is a MUST
- Profound PC skills using MS Office, especially MS Excel, experience in SAP is very welcome
- Experience in Reporting, Analyses, MS Access is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and self-reliant person with excellent analytical and process related skills
- Creative in finding solutions, respect timelines and handle pressure situations
- Open-minded, communicative, willing to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countries
