Our client, a SSC company in Prague, is seeking experienced IT Support candidates with French or German language skills for their new team.
Your new role
The main responsibilities will include support of internal employees of the company from various regions across the world. The support will be provided for the Windows platform and connected applications. The daily agenda will include receiving and solving requests, keeping track of the individual issues, being involved in implementations of the new IT systems, etc. The person can also partly support the employees of the Prague office.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should have previous work experience in Technical Support for Windows platform. Previous experience in using ServiceNow ticketing system can be an advantage. The person should be fluent in English + either German or French.
