The Role:
In this role you will be responsible responsible for supporting Sales & Profit by setting and implementing HR strategy. You support the Area to have great teams ensuring the Global Employee Strategy, strategically work with succession planning, talent and leadership development. You ensure that all the HR actions are in line with legal requirements and H&M polices.

Working in the role you will be required to:

• Build and implement recruitment strategy to ensure, that the store and area needs are consistently met
• Train, support and follow up on the quality of recruiters
• In cooperation with area team you plan, organize and follow up introduction trainings for store management teams
• Follow up and evaluate HR KPIs and initiate actions accordingly to support the business goals
• Ensure that all employees in the area have quality feedbacks, annual dialogues and clear development plans,
• Map succession planning for your stores and actively support Store Managers in developing their teams
• Monitor and analyse training needs in your area and facilitate them together with the support office teams
• Promote company values and culture to support the business success
• Implement and follow up of global H&M polices and standards, and ensure working conditions with local legislation
• Prevent and solve employee related issues


Profile:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience on a similar position
• Experience in retail company
• Strategic mindset and analytical skills
• Good command of English
