Business specialist (Product & Purchasing management)

- tracking deliveries and updating order records (e.g. dates, invoices and discounts);
- ensure we maintain a fully stocked inventory;
-update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts);
- maintain updated records of invoices and contracts;
- follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders;
- liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition;
- prepare cost analyses;
- make cost-effective purchases;
- identify purchasing needs;
- research potential vendors;
- evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices;
- conduct market research to identify pricing trends;
-contribute to innovation strategy of the company, including automation and robotization of warehouse and logistics;
- reporting to COO of the company.
