Product Development Manager (electromobility)

What will your responsibilities be like?
• Define product portfolio and document a value proposition including value chains for various target segments based on agreed company strategy
• Analyze customer needs and requirements and together with development team design a tailor-made technical solutions to meet these requirements
• In cooperation with IT development and Asset management team design end-to-end solutions incl. proposal, deployment and follow-up strategy to ensure tracking and process improvements
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and implement key strategic initiatives and execute sales strategies
• Support Business Development activities:

• Analyze and follow-up on potential business leads, prepare price proposals, work with company CRM system to keep track of leads, customers and communication
• Analyze and assess future trends in the marketplace to drive strategic decisions, solve ad hoc assignments, prepare presentations and proposals for the decision making process

This role reports directly to Chief Operations Officer and Managing Partner, working in a cross-matrix environment with other functions within the company to define, shape and drive a complete agenda of product portfolio planning and business development. Our company GreenWay Infrastructure operates the largest electric vehicle charging network in Slovakia and Poland and we continue to grow number of charging points within the region to enable further development of e-mobility. As we continue to expand our charging point network we are looking into further developing our business of EV chargers and SW platform solution sales. And we need you to help us achieve this goal in this challenging role combining product/business development with sales planning and execution.
