Core Responsibilities:

  • Define, shape and drive an overall product/business development agenda and go-to-market strategies for the sale of electric vehicle chargers along with the sale of our cutting-edge SW platform solution and services
  • Define product portfolio and document a value proposition including value chains for various target segments based on agreed company strategy
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements and together with development team design a tailor-made technical solutions to meet these requirements
  • Analyze and follow-up on potential business leads, prepare price proposals, work with company CRM system to keep track of leads, customers and communication
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and implement key strategic initiatives and execute sales strategies
  • In cooperation with IT development and Asset management team design end-to-end solutions incl. proposal, deployment and follow-up strategy to ensure tracking and process improvements
  • Constructively challenge stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end process of new business development and implementation
  • Analyze and assess future trends in the marketplace to drive strategic decisions, solve ad hoc assignments, prepare presentations and proposals for the decision making process
  • Represent company at trade fairs and relevant industry conferences

This role reports directly to Chief Operations Officer and Managing Partner, working in a cross-matrix environment with other functions within the company to define, shape and drive a complete agenda of product portfolio planning and business development. Our company GreenWay Infrastructure operates the largest electric vehicle charging network in Slovakia and Poland and we continue to grow number of charging points within the region to enable further development of e-mobility. As we continue to expand our charging point network we are looking into further developing our business of EV chargers and SW platform solution sales. And we need YOU to help us achieve this goal in this challenging role combining product/business development with sales planning and execution.

Personality requirements and skills

Do you have what it takes?

  • Hold a University degree in Economics or Management or have some successfully led product/business development projects under the belt
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of business and product development experience incl. product portfolio planning, setting pricing strategy, supply&demand planning, sales strategy planning and drafting sales materials
  • Have great analytical skills to assess the market opportunities and propose solutions for complex business problems
  • Able to drive the agenda independently with a company management support in cooperation with other departments
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ambitious, bold, yet a team-player personality
  • Proficiency in Slovak language
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Active driver
