Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Procurement of IT hardware, software and services
- Training and on-boarding of new employees with regards to IT systems
- Technical IT support for all employees in Slovakia and also abroad (remote support)
- Contribution in development of IT infrastructure
- Solving operational IT issues, incidents and requests
- Configuration of changes in IT systems and IT infrastructure (testing and production environments)
- Collaboration in testing IT changes (applications, infrastructure)
- Coordinating work of external suppliers
- Regular maintenance and support of all systems
- Support of business activities
- Knowledge and experience with cloud systems (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud, G-Suite)
- Basic knowledge of SQL a benefit
- Basic knowledge of how web applications work (hosting, server, DNS, database, SSL)
- Administration tasks (availability monitoring, reporting, change mgmt...)
- Reports preparation
- Documentation of internal IT procedures
