Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Must ensure that correct procedures, policies and documentation are developed and used across all technical fields
- Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and integration for internal or external technical equipment
- Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for technical equipment
- Identify resources and requirements needed to ensure effective and efficient use of existing and future technical equipment
- Support the organisation and subsidiaries in technical fields and organisation of an efficient maintenance organisation in the field when required
Management:
- Ensure standard operating procedures and guidelines are in place together with user and technical manuals
- Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
Quality management:
- Support or lead quality improvement initiatives and develop an efficient Quality Management System for the group. He or she is responsible for ensuring that all managers, process owners and supervisors develop, maintain and enforce their part of the quality management system.
- The TQM manager monitors and advises on how the system is performing, which may often include the publication of statistics regarding company performance against set measures.
- A key role of the TQM manager is that of ensuring that customer requirements and expectations have been accurately identified and that the organization is meeting or exceeding customer expectations. This role may also extend to determining how customers’ expectations will change over time and what the organization needs to do to meet these changing expectations. Additionally he/she will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the organization.
- The TQM manager will be involved in developing the quality goals and targets in the organization’s strategic plan.
- Knowledge of statistics is required with general numeracy, coupled with good interpersonal skills. The job function covers all aspects of a work group's or company's operation and requires the ability to assimilate and analyze information.
Project management:
The TQP Manager oversees the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of projects undertaken by the company.
- Project scheduling and resource management
- Planning, budgeting and reporting on project performance across the Company
- Make presentation on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management
- Gather requirements, plan and execute projects so as to achieve GreenChem business strategy
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend corrective actions
- Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds, plan and execute project implementation
- Behave ethically: understand ethical behaviour and business practises and ensure it is consistent with standards and aligned with values of the Company
- Communicate effectively: speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.

Profile & Core competencies:
Technical expertise:
- Proficient in handling technical developments relating to our AdBlue business: storage and distribution equipment according to ISO 22241 for truck, agriculture, car or any sectors requiring AdBlue.
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of technical equipment developed, purchased or used by GreenChem for its business
Management skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and clients
- Understand project requirement, coordinate resources and direct projects in the right direction in a timely manner
- Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
- Ability to communicate with other departments of the company and subsidiaries and organise projects and developments in order to serve business needs in the best manner
- Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage work and projects end to end.
Leadership:
- Effectively lead teams and achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required

Profile:
Education University level with a technical background. Operationnal knowledge of basic electro-technical and mechanical fields. At least 5 years’ experience with technical projects. You are service-orientated, pro–active, have excellent communication skills and you can express yourself in good English (company language). You are a strong team player, go for results and strongly interested in technical solutions. You are flexible and like to support your European colleagues. You have excellent computer skills and you are familiar with MSO, ERP systems and data information.
Employee requirements:
Required education:
Qualified Engineer with 10 years ’ experience preferably in a European business environment, PMP /PMI certification is a plus
Knowledge:
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in technical and logistics fields
- Experience in process analysis and improvement , Quality management
- Experience in Six Sigma, LEAN and other techniques
Language skills:
Fluent in English
Computer skills - user:
- Proficient in standard project management software
- Good analytical skills (Excel)
Desired practice:
Work experience: 10 years minimum
Personality prerequisites and skills:
Ability to communicate, lead and manage
