Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• You will provide mainly incident and change management (2nd level).
• From a technical perspective you will work with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Bluecoat/Symantec, McAfee, TMG Proxy/ISA Proxy, Squid Proxy, FortiGate
• You will provide technical consultancy and support
• You will manage and implement NW changes which are triggered by incident handling or execute NW normal and standard changes (LAN, WAN, Security) Implement standard service requests from customers
• You will ensure processes are followed according to standard
• You will check that tools and documentation are up to date
