Personality requirements and skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any related field, or several years of equivalent work experience as a Software Architect for Data Warehouse and Big Data (m/f/x)
- Experience with the definition and controlling of ETL processes as well as big data technologies for data processing in a Hadoop environment
- Excellent SQL skills
- The knowledge of product platforms like Big Data, Cloudera Enterprise Data Hub, Oracle, MPP databases, columinar databases, BI tools
- Understanding of tools such as Ant, Maven and Jenkins, Soapui, jUnit, Jira, Confluence
- Experience with Agile software development processes and technics (e.g. SCRUM)
- Experience with Linux operation system
- Excellent spoken and written English knowledge
- Experience in electronic payment processes and applications would be a plus.
