Technical Analyst (Identity Management project), Prague

Customer Identity and Access Management solution providing Health Care Professionals with the ability to create and manage their web profile. The goal of identity management initiative is to provide local markets with user registration and authentication capabilities to countries ecosystem to support seamless and multi-channel engagement around their customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Communicate with technical partners to understand their requirements related to market rollouts of identity management components and their enhancements.
- Configure applications to meet technical requirements.
- Produce and maintain documentation, process requests from Business Analysts and Architects to support the SDLC process and eProfile rollouts.
- Prepare Front and Backend Specifications, technical specifications for vendors/partners (including but not limited to Creator / Janrain / Exact Target / Digital Publishers / Miaa Guard) and internal teams to deliver a successful roll out.
- Become partner to Project Management Office to ensure timely delivery of the project by actively reaching out to all partners to solve and co-ordinate technical aspects of the delivery.
- Provides support to team when diagnosing issues and problems.
- Participate and provide test support and technical co-ordination in SIT and UAT phases of the project.
- Participate in creation of data mapping specifications and support data migration process executed by other team members.
