Customer Support Specialist with German and English language

Our client is looking for an energetic and communicative candidate to join the team who can easily handle following tasks:
- Communication with clients from German speaking countries
- Provide complex care to company’s customers and clients regarding their request (orders, delivery, address, etc.)
- Provide support in product sale
- Resolve claims and find an effective solution to different problems and able to handle them in the most sufficient way
- Administration of all tasks in internal system

Who are we looking for?
- Fluent German language (C1) and communicative English language (B2)
- Completed at least bachelor degree at the University
- Flexible and communicative candidate
- Previous working experience in customer service is huge advantage
