Customer Care Agent with German

Are you looking for a junior position where you would gain experience and professionally grow? Do you enjoy communication in foreign languages?

You will get the opportunity to gain experience within the Shared Service Center. Feel welcome to apply for this job position if you speak German and English language. The previous experience will be very welcome but is not inevitable.

- First point of contact for German external clients and customers of the company
- Active communication via phone or email
- Identifying their problems and connect them to the appropriate department
- Communication with internal departments

A suitable candidate should meet the following criteria:

- Communicative level of German (C1 level) - everyday communication with German speaking customers
- Communicative level of English (B1 level)- needed for internal communication
- Flexibility - dynamic and diverse work during the day
- Great communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work under stress
