Essential requirements for a suitable candidate:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash collection
- Advanced level of English and Italian in both written and spoken form
- MS Excel- familiarity with v/hlookup, pivot tables, filters
- Analytical mindset and orientation to detail
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
