Cash Collection Specialist with Turkish and English

As a cash collection specialist for a renown international company, you need to be based in Slovakia already and you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Taking responsibility for a selected portfolio of business clients and vendors
- Daily phone or email communication in foreign languages (English and Turkish) regarding unpaid invoices and inaccuracately paid invoices
- Problem solving of open accounts and investigation of possible errors with unpaid invoices
- Sending reminder letters and executing cash collection calls
- Reporting activities to the manager and communication with account managers

We are looking for someone who ticks all of the following boxes:

- fluent English and Turkish speaker – level C1 is a must
- communicative person who wants to use languages actively on daily basis
- pro-client oriented and dynamic personality
- University degree
- Currently based in Slovakia
- Previous experience in finance or economic area is a plus
