Head of Finance

Main responsibilities:
- bearing responsibility for direction and guidance of team of finance experts (several dozen people
- managing performance, KPI and SLAs, setting up standards
- preparing annual budgets as well as creating long-term forecasts
- leading R2R department

Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting
- Accounting Professional Accreditation (e.g. CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience of supervising managers of multi functional or global teams in the past and
experience with working in an operations environment to deliver high quality outcomes and
results and overall 10+ professional experience in finance area
internationally, preferably in a Shared Service Center
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate effectively with clients of all levels and with fellow project team members
- Experience in Record-to-Report including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and
tools. Knowledge of general accounting practices, financial management, sourcing, and
contracting processes
- Experience managing finance professionals on international level
